Deposit and withdrawal
Q1:Why do I need gas for my USDC/USDT deposits and withdrawals? ❖ These are the network costs of processing transactions on the blockchain. They are critical to ensure that your transactions are securely recorded and verified on the blockchain.
Q2:Why have gas fees become more or less expensive? ❖ Gas fees fluctuate based on blockchain congestion and transaction complexity.
Q3:I didn't receive my funds? ❖ Blockchain transaction times can fluctuate. To check the status of your transaction, please visit the Block Browser. If the problem persists, please contact our support team to provide the transaction hash and ask for assistance.
Tips | Important Notice : i. Check the blockchain network status
If the transaction on the blockchain shows as unsuccessful, please contact the sender of the assets for confirmation.
How to check: Go to Overview → Select USDC/USDT → Asset History → Find the specific on-chain record → Click the transaction hash (TxID) to open it on the blockchain explorer.
ii. Deposited an unsupported token
If you deposit a token that is not supported by the platform, your deposit will not be credited. Please note that no corresponding deposit record will appear in your account.
iii. Deposited via an unsupported smart contract
Currently, ForeGate does not support smart contract deposits for all tokens. If you deposit using a smart contract, the transaction will not be reflected in your account balance.
Market
Q1:Can I sell early? ❖ Yes, you can sell your shares at the available price anytime before the market settles.
Q2:When does the market close? ❖ The market closes when the result is decided or at a scheduled time.
Q3:Can I own both “Yes” and “No” stocks in a market? ❖ Yes, it is possible to hold both positions at the same time.
Q4:What should I do if I receive an error when submitting a transaction? ❖ Retry the transaction after a few seconds. If the problem persists, please contact ForeGate Support.
Q5:Where can I view my activity and order history? ❖ You can track your open orders and view your market participation on the Overview page. Inside, you'll find tabs such as “Positions” and “Activity” to browse your trading history.
Security
Q1:Is my money safe? ❖ Yes. ForeGate is non-custodial, so you are in control of your money.
Q2:Are the funds I deposit secure ? ❖ Yes, the funds are held in an agent's wallet associated with your account.
Q3:Will you require my private key? ❖ No, ForeGate will never ask for your private key!
