Foregate describes creators as users who can launch markets and earn rewards when other users trade in those markets. The Creator Center should be understood as a publishing and market-operations workspace, not simply a profile editor. A creator is responsible for proposing a verifiable question, defining unambiguous resolution rules, monitoring the market, communicating with participants, and resolving the market on time.
