Introduction Vision Probability Inc. ("ForeGate", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information processed through the ForeGate Android application.This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the ForeGate Android application distributed through Google Play.The ForeGate Android application is a read-only prediction market information, research, and analytics application. It allows users to explore event probabilities, market trends, historical data, charts, sports and esports information, news, watchlists or favorites where available, and other analytical insights.The current Android version does not provide user registration, account creation, or user sign-in. Users can access the application without creating a ForeGate account. **Important Notice** * Does not provide user registration, account creation, or account sign-in; * Does not support deposits of fiat currency or cryptocurrency; * Does not support withdrawals; * Does not connect to or manage cryptocurrency wallets; * Does not allow users to buy or sell prediction contracts; * Does not support real-money betting, wagering, or gambling; * Does not process real-money transactions; * Does not redirect users to an external website for the purpose of completing prediction-market transactions. The Android application is provided solely for information, research, data visualization, and analytical purposes. ### 2. Information We Collect We aim to collect only the limited information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the ForeGate Android application. Because the current Android version does not support user registration or sign-in, we do not collect account registration information through the app. ### 2.1 App Usage Information We may collect limited information about how the Android application is used, including: * Markets or events viewed; * Search activity; * Feature usage; * Page views; * Session activity; * App interaction events; * Notification preferences. This information may be used to understand feature usage, improve user experience, diagnose technical problems, and maintain service reliability. ### 2.2 Device and Technical Information For security, performance, and diagnostic purposes, we may collect limited technical information such as: * Device type; * Operating system and version; * App version; * Device language; * IP address; * Network information; * Crash information; * Diagnostic logs; * Performance information. We do not use this information to access files, contacts, messages, photos, or other unrelated information stored on your device. ### 2.3 Location Information The current ForeGate Android application does not require precise GPS location for its core analytics functionality. We may infer an approximate country or region from an IP address for purposes such as: * Security; * Fraud prevention; * Service availability; * Compliance with regional access requirements. Approximate location inferred from an IP address is not precise device location. ### 2.4 Push Notification Information If you enable push notifications, we may process limited technical information required to deliver notifications, such as: * Device notification token; * Notification subscription preferences; * Basic delivery status information. This information may be used to deliver important platform announcements, market updates, news, and other informational notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your Android system settings. ### 2.5 Support Communications The app does not require an email address or other account information for normal use. If you voluntarily contact ForeGate for support, feedback, or a privacy request, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, or technical details relevant to the request. ### 3.5 Information We Do Not Collect Through the Android App For clarity, the current ForeGate Android application does not collect or process the following information as part of user registration, account management, or prediction-market transactions: * ForeGate account registration information; * Account passwords or account authentication credentials; * Cryptocurrency private keys; * Seed phrases; * Wallet recovery phrases; * Cryptocurrency deposit information; * Cryptocurrency withdrawal information; * Payment card information; * Bank account details; * Prediction contract orders; * Real-money betting information; * Real-money trading positions. The Android application does not require users to submit wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or payment credentials. ### 4. How We Use Information We may use information collected through the ForeGate Android application to: * Provide and operate the application; * Display market, event, and analytical information; * Deliver requested notifications; * Store or remember local application preferences where applicable; * Improve application performance and usability; * Diagnose bugs, crashes, and technical problems; * Protect the application and its infrastructure against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity; * Monitor service reliability; * Respond to customer support or privacy requests; * Comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use Android application data to execute prediction-market transactions on behalf of users. ### 5. Prediction Market Information ForeGate may display information relating to prediction markets, including: * Event probabilities; * Market prices; * Historical market data; * Market trends; * Sports and esports information; * News; * Statistical information; * Analytical insights. Such information is provided solely for informational and analytical purposes.Information displayed in the application does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial or prediction-market product.Users should independently evaluate any information presented in the application. ### 6. Third-Party Service Providers We may use trusted third-party service providers to support limited Android application functionality, including services related to: * Cloud infrastructure; * Crash reporting; * Application analytics; * Push notifications; * Cybersecurity; * Customer support. These providers may process limited information on our behalf only where necessary to provide their services. We require service providers to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.This Privacy Policy should be kept consistent with the third-party SDKs and service providers actually included in the production Android build. ### 7. Advertising ForeGate does not sell personal information collected through the Android application. The current Android application is intended as an information and analytics product, and personal information collected through the app is not used by ForeGate for personalized advertising. ### 8. Local Storage and Similar Technologies The ForeGate Android application may use local device storage, cache, or similar technologies to: * Store application preferences; * Remember notification settings; * Maintain locally available favorites or watchlist preferences where supported; * Improve application performance and loading speed. Because the current Android version does not provide user accounts, it does not use local storage to maintain a ForeGate account login session. We do not intentionally store cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, payment credentials, or account passwords in application local storage. ### 9. Data Sharing We do not sell personal information collected through the ForeGate Android application.We may share limited information: * With service providers acting on our behalf; * Where necessary to protect users or the security of the service; * Where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request; * In connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law. We do not share information collected through the Android application with third parties for the purpose of executing prediction-market transactions on behalf of Android users. ### 10. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Android application.These safeguards may include: * Encryption in transit; * Access controls; * Monitoring; * Security logging; * Infrastructure security measures; * Restricted administrative access. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. ### 11. Data Retention We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to: * Provide and maintain the ForeGate Android application; * Protect application and infrastructure security; * Diagnose technical problems; * Respond to support or privacy requests; * Resolve disputes; * Comply with applicable legal obligations. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal and security requirements. ### 12. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests The current ForeGate Android application does not support user registration or account creation. Therefore, users do not create a ForeGate Android account that needs to be deleted.If you believe ForeGate holds personal information about you through app usage, support communications, or another interaction, you may request access to or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting: diagnostic, security, or analytics information may be aggregated, anonymized, or not reasonably linkable to a specific individual. In those cases, it may not be possible to identify or delete data relating to a particular person.Certain limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or regulatory requirements. Any retained information will remain subject to appropriate safeguards. ### 13. Children's Privacy The ForeGate Android application is intended for adults.Users must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction where a higher age requirement applies.We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person below the applicable minimum age, we may take appropriate steps to delete the information where required. ### 14. International Data Transfers ForeGate may operate infrastructure or engage service providers in different countries or regions. As a result, information may be processed outside the country in which a user resides.Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information. ### 15. Your Privacy Rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to: * Access your information; * Correct inaccurate information; * Request deletion; * Request restriction of certain processing; * Object to certain processing; * Request information about how your data is used; * Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
