Here are some possible reasons: {% hint style="warning" icon="hands-holding-circle" %} ## **Tips | Important Notice :** #### _{**Asset Protection 01:**}_{** **}_{**Unsupported Smart Contract Deposits**} Please note that **ForeGate currently does not support smart contract deposits for USDT** . If a deposit is made **via a smart contract**, the transaction **will not be credited** to your ForeGate account balance. To avoid loss or delays: **-** Always ensure you are depositing **directly from a supported wallet or exchange**\ **- Do not use smart contract transfers** when depositing USDT

*** #### _{**Asset Protection 02:**}_{** **}_{**Unsupported Batch / Multi-Recipient Deposits**} Please note that ForeGate **currently does not support batch or bundled deposits where a single transaction sends funds to multiple recipients.** If a deposit is made using a batch transfer (e.g., one source distributing tokens to multiple wallets in a single transaction), the transaction will not be credited to your ForeGate account balance. To avoid loss or delays: **-** Ensure your deposit is a simple, single-recipient transfer\ **-** Avoid using bulk or disperse transaction features when depositing

*** #### _{**Asset Protection 03:**}_{** **}_{**High-Risk Address Alert**} If you receive an alert about a **high-risk address when making a deposit or withdrawal** on platform**,** it means that the \***sending address may be associated with high-risk activity** and has therefore been flagged and blocked by our security systems.
ForeGate implements multiple compliance and anti-scam measures to protect users and their assets, including: * **Blocking deposits and withdrawals** involving addresses identified as high-risk. * **Issuing automatic alerts** when a withdrawal patterns resemble those of known victims or if you are on a watchlist of potential victims
⚠ To help prevent funds from being inadvertently deposited from a **high-risk address** and to protect your assets, our Wallet Team will **manually process a refund for the affected deposit** and return the funds to the **original sending address**. If you have not received the refunded funds within **12 hours**, please contact our Customer Service Team at [^{_{***help@foregate.com***}}](mailto:help@ForeGate.com) so we can check the latest processing status and provide further assistance. \
*** #### _{**Asset Protection 04:**}_{** **}_{**Unsupported Token or Network Deposits**} If you accidentally deposit an unsupported token or asset, such as **SOL or USDC**, via the **Solana (SOL) network**, please contact our Customer Service Team at [^{_{***help@foregate.com***}}](mailto:help@ForeGate.com) for further assistance.Our Wallet Team will manually review your case, and recovery may still be possible depending on the **transaction details and applicable recovery conditions**. However, **asset recovery is not guaranteed** and is subject to the results of the review. Asset Recovery review Information： * **Application Process:** Our Customer Service Team will assist you throughout the application and follow-up process. * **Recovery Method:** Recovered funds can only be returned in the **original asset/token** and cannot be converted into another cryptocurrency. * **Processing Time:** The recovery process may take up to **14 business days**. * **Recovery Fee:** A flat fee of **5 USDT** or the equivalent value will apply. ⚠ Asset recovery cannot be initiated if the value of the incorrectly deposited asset is **less than 5 USDT** or if the deposit was made through an **unsupported network**. Please ensure that the **supported token and network are carefully verified before making a deposit** to avoid potential loss of funds.
