Market creation is free. However, failing to resolve a market or violating our policies may result in suspension, withheld earnings, or a temporary ban from creating new markets.

3. What kind of markets are not allowed on ForeGate?

Markets involving hate speech, illegal activity, personal attacks, or unverifiable rumors are strictly prohibited. Sensitive topics (e.g., personal health, death) may require additional review or be blocked.

All markets must comply with local laws and ForeGate’s risk control guidelines.

4. What happens if I post a misleading or fake market?

Markets flagged by the community or moderators will be reviewed.

If confirmed to be manipulative or fake:

The market may be forcibly resolved or voided;

Your Creator rights may be suspended;

All related earnings can be withheld.

5. What is EST. LIQUIDITY PAYOUT (YES) / (NO)?

These values estimate the payout for liquidity providers if the market resolves to YES or NO.
